new design for website and coding
Detailed Description
i already have a website with content, all i need is a new design and that design to be implemented.
When the project is finished it will HAVE
Outline the things that your finished project will HAVE. These may be things like pages, or locations or features or content. but make a list so that the worker can see and tick off each item.
* it will have 4 pages.
* each page will have 400 words.
* each section will have a clear header.
* there will be at least 2 sections per page.
When the project is finished it will DO
If the project is supposed to DO something, outline these things so the worker can know how to finish.
* all links will be clickable.
* The links should open in new windows.
* etc...

Things Im looking for in a successful bidder
Let the bidder know what YOU are looking for, so they know if they can provide it or not. There is no use getting bids from the wrong people.
