How do I buy Services and Files?
Add the items to your cart, if you have enough credit the items will be made available in your account.
If you don't have enough credit available simply Top Up your account or proceed to the checkout to complete the transaction.
Note: If you've ordered a service, further instructions will be provided by the seller to complete the work.
What percentage of sales do you retain?
We retain a flat rate of 10% on Projects, 20% on Services/Marketplace items and 15% on Design Contests.
I'm earning, when do I get paid?
On your request, we will automatically pay you on the 1st and the 15th day of every month via PayPal Mass Pay. The minimum is $10.00, anything below this amount will be carried over to the next month.
Are there any subscription charges?
There are currently no subscription charges.
Who are Promoters?
Promoters are "affiliates" who refer customers to Services and Marketplace items on behalf of sellers.

How soon can I be paid after a payout request?
Provided that your credit balance is over $10.00, your payout request is scheduled for payment on the 1st and 15th day of each month. Please allow 24 hours "before these dates" for your request to be processed and authorized. The Mass Pay transfer will clear your Paypal account on these dates.
As a freelancer, how much Escrow should I request?
When bidding on a project we recommend that you request 50% to be held in Escrow, this gives you peace of mind before you start the work.
How does the Time Tracker work?
The Time Tracker is a stopwatch and diary for freelancers who are on an hourly rate and need to keep time so they can invoice. Once the project has started click on the Time Tracker popup for more details.

How much is it to launch a contest?
Most contests are free to launch, visible when selecting a contest type.
What happens to my unused designs when the contest ends?
When submitting a design, you can choose to have the designs moved to the Services or Marketplace if they are not chosen. This is a great way to further promote your design work, and ensures that your designs are never unused.
Can I use services for advertising only?
No, the Services area is for posting paid services only. If you are a designer or coder don't forget to use the Portfolio system to showcase your skills. You can also provide freelance or business information by presenting more profile information

What kind of files can I buy and sell?
You can buy and sell any kind of files including eBooks, Scripts, Software, Graphics, Templates (CSS, Flash, HTML, Wordpress, Drupal etc.). All file uploads are pre-approved by our team, for more info on the Marketplace view Sell Your Work

The portfolio system is a free service.
How many images can I include?
10 high resolution images can be uploaded to your portfolio including links to example pages.
