Brief Description
Top Nav menu drop down, just like Earner.net - for Jamroom site.
Detailed Description
Drop/pull down menu just like here on Earner. I really like how clean and simple it is. I like the slow open effect. I just need the customized.tpl and the CSS section. Worker will install/test on sandbox site. and I will handle converting it to my live site. I wont need the flag icon.
When the project is finished it will HAVE

This menu will have the ability to be visible across all 3 major Jamroom views: Skins, Profile Themes, and Control Panel.
